This Joining Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Zestra Capital and (“the Student”) as of the date of enrollment. By enrolling in Zestra Capital’s trading courses, the Student agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Joining agreement

By enrolling in Zestra Capital’s trading courses, the Student commits to the following terms:

• Prohibition on Real Account Operations: Throughout the duration of the training program, the Student is prohibited from engaging in real account trading activities. Zestra Capital bears no liability for any psychological or mindset deviations that may result from real account operations during the training period.
• Confidentiality of Course Content: All course materials, lectures, and other proprietary information shared by Zestra Capital are confidential. The Student agrees not to share, reproduce, or distribute any course content to third parties without the express written permission of Zestra Capital.
• Course Duration: The course duration will vary between 6 months to 1 year, depending on the Student’s grasp of the material. Additional mentorship, for a period of 1-2 months, may be provided based on the Student’s progress at Zestra Capital’s discretion. Early completion of the course is possible if the Student demonstrates sufficient mastery of the subject matter.

Student Responsibilities

• Task Completion: The Student is required to complete all assigned tasks, homework, and projects within the timelines specified by Zestra Capital. Failure to do so may lead to delays in course progression or the need for additional mentorship.
• Attendance: Regular attendance at scheduled classes, both online and offline, is mandatory. Repeated absence may result in course suspension, extension, or even termination without a refund.
• Communication of Special Circumstances: If the Student is unable to attend classes or complete tasks due to illness, personal emergencies, or other legitimate reasons, they must inform Zestra Capital in a timely manner. Zestra Capital may require documentation for such circumstances to determine necessary accommodations.

Code of Conduct

• Professional Conduct: The Student agrees to maintain professionalism and respectful behavior during all interactions with Zestra Capital, its staff, and fellow students. Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may lead to the Student’s removal from the course without a refund.
• Academic Integrity: The Student must uphold academic honesty and integrity. Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic misconduct will result in immediate disciplinary action, including potential course termination.

Refund Policy

The Student confirms they have reviewed and accepted Zestra Capital’s Refund Policy, available on the website. Refund requests will be handled in accordance with the specified terms, and no refunds will be issued after the program has commenced.

Terms & Conditions

The Student agrees to review and comply with Zestra Capital’s Terms & Conditions, available on the website. Zestra Capital reserves the right to update these terms, and such updates will be communicated promptly.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including but not limited to course materials, software, techniques, and methodologies provided by Zestra Capital, remain the exclusive property of Zestra Capital. The Student may not use, replicate, or distribute these materials for any purpose other than personal learning without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Zestra Capital will take reasonable steps to provide a quality educational experience. However, Zestra Capital is not liable for any financial losses or decisions made by the Student during or after the course. This includes trading losses, business decisions, or investments influenced by course teachings.

Termination of Agreement

Zestra Capital reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Student violates any of the terms or conditions. Upon termination, the Student will lose access to course materials, mentorship, and any other Zestra Capital resources, and no refund will be granted.

Amendments to Terms

Zestra Capital reserves the right to amend or update the terms of this Agreement at its discretion. Any updates or changes will be communicated to the Student in a timely manner via email or other official communication channels.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Pakistan]. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.

Acknowledgment

By enrolling in the trading course, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement. Furthermore, the Student confirms they have reviewed and accepted Zestra Capital’s Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.

By submitting this form, I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have carefully read and understood the Joining Agreement between myself and Zestra Capital. I agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in the Agreement and confirm that I have reviewed the Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions provided on the Zestra Capital website.

By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I am fully committed to the course duration, content, and schedule as outlined. I understand that my participation in the program is subject to my adherence to the rules and guidelines set forth by Zestra Capital. I am aware that failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension or termination from the program, and that no refunds will be provided in such cases.

I recognize that the skills and knowledge acquired during this course are designed to assist me in my personal trading journey, and I accept full responsibility for my progress and participation.
