Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing Zestra Capital's services. We are committed to delivering exceptional value through our online trading courses and economic data subscriptions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued. By enrolling in any service or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy in its entirety.

Important: All services provided by Zestra Capital are digital in nature. Once access is granted, the service is considered delivered. Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the conditions described below.

2. Online Courses — 7-Day Refund Window

We offer a 7 calendar day refund window from the date of purchase for our online trading courses. After this period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2.1 Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a refund on a course purchase, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • You must not have accessed more than 2 modules or lessons of the course.
  • You must not have completed, attempted, or submitted any quizzes, assignments, or assessments associated with the course.
  • You must not have downloaded, copied, recorded, or redistributed any course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and resources.
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request along with proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

If any of the above conditions are not met, your refund request will be automatically declined regardless of when it was submitted.

2.2 Course Refund Amount

Eligible refunds will cover the full purchase amount minus any applicable administrative fees, payment processing fees, taxes, and transaction charges. Non-refundable portions, if any, will be communicated during the enrollment process.

3. Economic Data Subscriptions — 7-Day Refund Window

For economic data subscriptions (Premium, VIP, or any other data tier), we offer a 7 calendar day refund window from the date of subscription activation.

3.1 Subscription Refund Terms

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of subscription activation.
  • The refund amount will be the full subscription fee minus all applicable taxes, payment processing fees, currency conversion charges, and administrative fees incurred by Zestra Capital.
  • After 7 calendar days from activation, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, or lack of use.

3.2 Free Trial & Subscription Refund Exclusion

Critical: If you have previously used or activated a free trial period (7-day Premium Trial or any other promotional trial) on your account, and subsequently purchase a paid subscription, you are not eligible for any refund from day one (Day 1) of your paid subscription. The free trial period serves as your evaluation window. By subscribing after a trial, you confirm that you have evaluated the service and are satisfied with it.

This applies regardless of whether the trial was completed, cancelled early, or expired naturally. The existence of any prior trial usage on your account permanently waives your refund eligibility for subsequent paid subscriptions.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted under any of the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window has expired.
  • Violation of our Terms of Service, including any prohibited actions, misconduct, or misuse of the platform.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to account sharing, unauthorized access, or abuse of the refund process.
  • Use of the service beyond the eligibility thresholds described in Section 2.1.
  • Prior use of a free trial before subscribing (Section 3.2).
  • Purchases made using promotional codes, discounts, or special offers, unless the promotion explicitly includes refund eligibility.
  • Failure to provide valid proof of purchase or accurate account details.
  • Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or personal circumstances unrelated to the quality of the service.
  • Technical issues on the user's end, including but not limited to slow internet, incompatible devices, or browser issues.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us through the proper refund channels, Zestra Capital reserves the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and all associated services.
  • Pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any administrative and legal costs incurred.
  • Report the activity to relevant fraud prevention agencies.

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team directly before initiating any payment disputes.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 to 21 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds are processed in the original currency of purchase. Any exchange rate fluctuations between the purchase date and refund date are not our responsibility.
  • Bank processing times may add additional days beyond our processing period.

7. Intellectual Property & Access Revocation

Upon issuance of a refund, your access to all associated course materials, data subscriptions, and platform features will be immediately and permanently revoked. All intellectual property rights, including videos, documents, data, charts, and interactive materials, remain the sole property of Zestra Capital.

8. Non-Transferability

Refunds are non-transferable and can only be issued to the original purchaser. Refunds cannot be applied to another individual, account, or service. Credits or account balances are not issued in lieu of refunds.

9. Third-Party Services

Where our services are hosted on or integrated with third-party platforms, refund handling for those components will be governed by the respective third-party's refund policies. Zestra Capital will provide relevant contact information upon request.

10. Modifications to This Policy

Zestra Capital reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

11. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
