Important: All services provided by Zestra Capital are digital in nature. Once access is granted, the service is considered delivered. Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the conditions described below.
We offer a 7 calendar day refund window from the date of purchase for our online trading courses. After this period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
To qualify for a refund on a course purchase, all of the following conditions must be met:

Eligible refunds will cover the full purchase amount minus any applicable administrative fees, payment processing fees, taxes, and transaction charges. Non-refundable portions, if any, will be communicated during the enrollment process.
For economic data subscriptions (Premium, VIP, or any other data tier), we offer a 7 calendar day refund window from the date of subscription activation.
Critical: If you have previously used or activated a free trial period (7-day Premium Trial or any other promotional trial) on your account, and subsequently purchase a paid subscription, you are not eligible for any refund from day one (Day 1) of your paid subscription. The free trial period serves as your evaluation window. By subscribing after a trial, you confirm that you have evaluated the service and are satisfied with it.
This applies regardless of whether the trial was completed, cancelled early, or expired naturally. The existence of any prior trial usage on your account permanently waives your refund eligibility for subsequent paid subscriptions.

Upon issuance of a refund, your access to all associated course materials, data subscriptions, and platform features will be immediately and permanently revoked. All intellectual property rights, including videos, documents, data, charts, and interactive materials, remain the sole property of Zestra Capital.
Refunds are non-transferable and can only be issued to the original purchaser. Refunds cannot be applied to another individual, account, or service. Credits or account balances are not issued in lieu of refunds.
Where our services are hosted on or integrated with third-party platforms, refund handling for those components will be governed by the respective third-party's refund policies. Zestra Capital will provide relevant contact information upon request.
Zestra Capital reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
